programul tomata

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development announces that it has elaborated a draft normative act which will amend the Government Decision no. 148/2022, as well as the Government Decision no. 147/2022, by regulating the following aspects:

- extension of the deadline for submitting applications for de minimis aid for vegetables in protected areas until 1 April 2022, inclusive;

- abrogation of the eligibility criterion regarding the outstanding fiscal obligations to the general consolidated state budget, for both de minimis aid schemes;

- removal of the tax attestation certificate and the fiscal record from the documentation attached to the application for enrollment in both de minimis aid schemes.

"Following the dialogue with farmers interested in accessing the Tomata program and the other programs we are running this year, we have decided to simplify the procedure for granting support. We took into account the signals received from potential beneficiaries and extended the deadline for submitting applications by one month. Also, in order to simplify the procedure for accessing the schemes, we decided to eliminate the obligation to submit the fiscal attestation certificate and the fiscal record, a procedure that would have been felt by the staff of the institutions issuing these documents ", said Minister Adrian CHESNOIU .

The decision also took into account the fact that the majority of applicants for both support schemes are individuals who did not earn income, while facing lack of liquidity, various expenses for the purchase of seed or for the establishment of crops, other costs generated by heating. protected areas but also the fact that, in many cases, the information registered in the databases of ANAF, APIA and ATUs was not correlated, which generates delays in the process of submitting applications for enrollment in the program.
