In the Government Meeting of December 10, 2021, a Decision was adopted amending and supplementing the Methodological Norms for the application of the Law on Land Improvements no. 138/2004, approved by Government Decision no. 1872/2005.

One of the amendments brought by this normative act aims to establish the method of allocating and approving the expenses in the quota of up to 50%, related to the electricity consumption necessary for the operation of the aggregates or irrigation equipment.

These expenses shall be borne by ANIF - the National Agency for Land Improvements, within the limits of the amounts allocated from the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for this purpose.

At the same time, this normative act regulates the procedure regarding the settlement of expenses, up to 50%, related to the electricity consumption necessary for the operation of aggregates or irrigation equipment, for which water is provided for irrigation based on multi-annual / seasonal contracts.
